Role Overview

We are seeking Chefs at all levels—including Cooks and Chef de Parties—to join our kitchen team at the Gerrards Cross location. As a vital part of the culinary team, you will deliver consistently high-quality dishes and help shape memorable dining experiences within our expanding business focused on people and culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of every dish served.
• Prepare menu items including burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates with great attention to quality and presentation.
• Ensure a seamless kitchen operation that supports guest satisfaction and venue success.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in kitchen roles such as Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie, or Cook is desirable.
• Strong personality with a genuine passion for food, hospitality, and stellar customer service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Energetic, dedicated, adaptable, and ready to tackle a dynamic work environment.
