Role Overview

We are seeking chefs at all levels—including cooks and chef de parties—to join the kitchen team at our Horsham location. As an integral part of the kitchen, you will ensure that every dish meets our high standards so that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Our menu features appetizing options such as burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare food with consistent quality.
• Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Ensure timely service of delicious dishes to enhance guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a kitchen environment (Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie, or Cook) is preferred but not mandatory.
• A vibrant personality with a genuine passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, proactive, hardworking, and adaptable approach to work.
• Eligible to work in the UK with valid documentation.
