About Our Client

It provides access to remote jobs, surveys, gig platforms, and financial tools in a centralized, no-cost environment. This approach addresses the challenge of fragmented gig economy resources by offering a single platform that connects users with real earning opportunities.

About the Opportunity

The Chat & Community Support Specialist role involves providing responsive support to users through live chat and community forums. This position is key to ensuring users receive timely assistance and feel heard, directly contributing to user satisfaction and platform engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Handle live chat inquiries on the platform within service level agreement targets
  • Monitor and respond to user posts in community spaces such as Discord, Facebook Group, and social comments
  • Resolve common user issues including offer questions, account problems, and navigation assistance with accuracy and empathy
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues with complete documentation to the appropriate team
  • Contribute to the help center knowledge base
  • Identify and report recurring trends in user issues or feedback to product and content teams
  • Maintain a consistent tone and quality across all support interactions

Requirements

  • No degree required
  • Fast and accurate typing skills suitable for live chat
  • Excellent written communication with clarity and empathy
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously without loss of quality
  • Patience and skill in de-escalating frustrated users
  • Familiarity with support or chat tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, or similar) is a plus

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Hourly pay of $15–$21 per hour based on experience.
