Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Chartered Accountant, either a fresh graduate or a professional with up to two years of experience, to join our team based in Mumbai. This role involves assisting in various financial operations, taxation, and statutory compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file GST returns, compute TDS, and manage Income Tax Returns.
- Assist with statutory and internal auditing tasks, including verifying vouchers and finalizing trial balances.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, handle journal entries, and conduct bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and precise completion of corporate and regulatory financial filings.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Experience ranging from freshers up to 2 years is acceptable.
- Competency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and fundamental accounting software is expected.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
