Aurum Group is hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant to join its Finance & Accounts team in Navi Mumbai. This role focuses on managing the full spectrum of finance operations, keeping the organization compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements, preparing accurate financial reports, and using financial analysis to support leadership decisions.
The position is suited to a detail-driven professional with strong grounding in accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and financial controls. You will collaborate across teams to improve financial processes, maintain compliance discipline, and contribute to stronger business performance.

Responsibilities
- Handle everyday finance activities, including payables, receivables, the general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure adherence to IND AS, applicable tax laws, RERA obligations, and internal control requirements.
- Prepare financial statements and periodic reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Review financial information and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate the yearly audit cycle and work with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Guide and support accounting team members so that reports are accurate and delivered on time.
- Create and improve accounting policies, processes, and systems to boost efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Strong understanding of IND AS, taxation, and internal control frameworks.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage several priorities and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Comfortable using accounting tools such as ERP and SAP.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
