About the Role
This opportunity is for a commercially focused professional who already has a strong background in private aviation charter sales or brokerage. The role suits someone who works comfortably in a fast-moving environment, understands the need for exact execution, and handles confidential client matters with care.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by acquiring new business, developing existing accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships with high-net-worth and corporate clients.
- Build and use strong connections with brokers, customers, and aircraft operators across global markets.
- Handle the charter journey end to end, from the first enquiry through to successful completion of the flight.
- Support aircraft marketing and positioning to help improve fleet use and revenue performance.
- Negotiate charter arrangements with operators to achieve competitive rates and the best possible availability.
- Track market conditions, trends, aircraft supply, and operator performance across the charter sector.
- Act as a representative of the company in important client and industry circles, helping shape the global market approach.
Experience and Qualifications
- Substantial, proven experience in private jet charter sales or charter brokerage is required; applications without this background will not move forward.
- A strong working knowledge of aircraft types and the wider global aviation market is essential.
- You should have a demonstrated record of sourcing valuable sales opportunities, closing deals, and managing relationships with brokers and operators.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills are needed, including confidence when dealing with senior executives and VIP clients.
- The ideal candidate is highly driven, resilient, ambitious, target-oriented, and exceptionally detail conscious.
- You must understand the level of privacy and discretion expected in private aviation.
