Role overview
This position is for a high-performing sourcing professional who can drive premium and luxury real estate opportunities in Bandra West, Khar, and Santacruz. The main focus is channel partner management, broker network activation, and closing large-value transactions of 7 Cr and above.
The role needs someone with strong ground-level presence, solid market understanding of the relevant micro-markets, and a proven ability to build pipeline and convert opportunities into closures in the premium segment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and activate channel partners while developing an engaged and productive broker network.
- Identify and source premium and luxury projects, redevelopment opportunities, and JV prospects in Bandra West and surrounding micro-markets.
- Take ownership of high-value closures of 7 Cr and above through effective sourcing and relationship building.
- Build and continuously maintain a healthy pipeline of potential opportunities.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly targets for sourcing, closures, and onboarding of new channel partners.
- Carry out site visits, market research, and feasibility reviews for shortlisted opportunities.
- Work with internal legal, finance, and technical teams to evaluate and close deals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements in line with business goals.
- Monitor market movement, pricing trends, and competitor activity in the luxury real estate space.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sourcing with a developer lobby or mandate.
- Demonstrated success in handling and closing deals worth 7 Cr or more.
- Well-established network of channel partners and brokers in Bandra West, Khar, Santacruz, and nearby premium localities.
- Hands-on exposure to these micro-markets with strong local deal-making experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Polished, presentable, and professional personality suitable for luxury client interactions.
- Strong orientation toward targets, pipeline creation, and closure-driven execution.
