Overview
RIGOL Technologies EU GmbH is looking for an experienced Channel Operations Specialist to oversee and expand its Test & Measurement distribution network across Eastern and Northern Europe. Join a globally recognized T&M manufacturer known for innovative oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other electronic test instruments, based at the European headquarters in Munich.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate a network of authorized distributors and resellers throughout Eastern and Northern Europe.
- Identify potential new channel partners and onboard them to increase market presence.
- Support sales efforts by providing training, sales enablement tools, and technical assistance to partners.
- Track and report on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and inventory; prepare management reports regularly.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches in partnership with channel partners.
- Assist partners in handling key accounts and strategic sales opportunities; occasional direct end-customer visits.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor movements, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Strive to meet and surpass assigned revenue and growth goals for the region.
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years in channel sales, channel management, or sales operations within B2B technology sectors.
- Preferably experienced in Test & Measurement, Electronics, or Electronic Components industries.
- Proven success in managing distribution channels and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of indirect sales and channel ecosystems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical approach with capability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.
- Self-driven and able to operate independently across diverse markets.
- Culturally aware and sensitive to the diversity of European markets.
Language and Travel
- Fluent English in both written and verbal communication is essential.
- Additional language skills in German, Polish, Czech, Swedish, Finnish, or other regional languages highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–40% across Eastern and Northern Europe.
Technical Proficiencies
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot along with Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of electronic test and measurement equipment or strong eagerness to rapidly acquire it.
