Role overview
The Channel Operations Director will guide the strategy and day-to-day functioning of channel operations, strengthen execution across partner and distribution networks, and use performance data to help drive business expansion.
Core responsibilities
- Create and implement channel operations plans that support overall business priorities and channel direction.
- Design, refine, and oversee operational workflows, standards, and procedures that shape channel performance.
- Track channel metrics through dashboards and reporting tools to assess results and spot areas for improvement.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and Regional teams to enable channel development.
- Assist major channel partners with onboarding, service coordination, problem solving, and continuous optimization.
- Promote process enhancements, automation, and greater operational efficiency across the channel network.
- Review market feedback, customer expectations, and channel performance data to guide corrective actions and business decisions.
- Manage, coach, and grow a strong channel operations team.
