Overview
Apple develops products and services that shape industries and improve everyday life. The company’s sales organization supports that mission by driving the revenue that funds ongoing innovation. In this role, you will help convert strong market interest in Apple into stronger commercial outcomes across the MEA region.
This position sits within the Channel Communications team and reports to the MEA Channel Customer Communications Lead. Working alongside Marketing and central channel customer communications functions, the team manages channel communication for selected partners across MEA. The focus is on planning, delivering, and evaluating partner activities and promotions, while building long-term plans with key partners in the region.
What You’ll Do
You will lead quarterly demand-generation planning in close coordination with the country sales team.
You will shape communication plans for offers, promotions, and key messages so they reach the right audience through the most effective media mix.
You will work one-on-one with major channel partners to build and execute joint communication strategies and campaign plans over the long term.
You will help spread best practices, create consistency in return-on-investment analysis, and scale successful activities across the region where possible.
You will support partner contract discussions from the perspective of channel communications, marketing, and merchandising.
You will also drive partner awareness and adoption of Marketing guidance and assets, while ensuring Apple assets are used in a compliant manner, including review and approval of partner ATL and BTL materials.
Requirements
The role calls for at least 3 years of experience in channel marketing and digital marketing, including a track record of running campaigns and organizing successful reseller events.
You should have a strong understanding of the Apple brand and its brand guidelines.
Experience influencing channel partners successfully is essential.
You need a solid grasp of media planning, content marketing, and event marketing, along with current digital marketing skills.
Experience working with MEA telecom and retail partners is strongly preferred.
Education
A university degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
