Kiteworks is seeking a dynamic Channel Account Manager to spearhead its expansion into the Middle East. This is a territory-building role focused on establishing a robust partner ecosystem from the ground up. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new reseller and distribution partners across key markets such as the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Egypt. The role involves cultivating a partner-led pipeline to generate consistent enterprise deal flow, collaborating with partner representatives on co-selling efforts, and nurturing existing partner relationships. You will also conduct sales enablement sessions, training, and quarterly business reviews with partners. Additionally, you will gather and relay market intelligence on pricing, competitive landscapes, and local regulatory requirements to the internal team. Representing Kiteworks at regional industry events and partner forums is also a key aspect of this position. Success will be measured by achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators for the region. Maintaining data privacy and security for customer and prospect information in accordance with Kiteworks' policies is paramount.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably with a reseller, distributor, or vendor that has a strong presence in the Middle East channel. A well-established network of VAR, MSSP, or SI relationships in the region is essential. Prior experience selling enterprise security, compliance, or data protection software, with a preference for secure file sharing or content governance solutions, is highly desirable. The role requires comfort operating independently across various time zones and cultural contexts. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are mandatory. The candidate should be a results-oriented closer, capable of consultative selling while also being adept at driving deals to completion. Regular travel across the region, approximately 40%, is expected.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from AED 200,000 to AED 300,000. This range is influenced by factors such as location, education, experience, and skills. The base pay is part of a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include additional benefits, perks, and equity. Please note that the base pay range is subject to change.
