Role overview
The Channel Account Manager role is focused on increasing revenue by strengthening partner relationships across Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will work closely with channel partners to shape marketing plans, deliver training, address their business needs, and support growth through channel programs, all while keeping customer satisfaction in view.

What you will be doing
- Grow sales revenue by developing strong, productive relationships with partners in Saudi Arabia.
- Work with partners on marketing initiatives, enablement, and training plans.
- Use channel programs to support partner-led growth and align activity with business goals.
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while driving commercial outcomes.
What we are looking for
- 5 to 7 years of experience managing partnerships in unified communications, cloud, or telephony.
- Proven ability to create and execute sales approaches for partner programs and sales enablement.
- Experience working with SaaS resellers in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and how it operates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with partners and internal teams.
- Ability to review sales information and market movements to uncover growth opportunities.
- Experience collaborating with ecosystem alliances such as Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon, Jabra, and Verint.
