Role overview

Huntress is hiring a Channel Account Manager to support its expanding EMEA business from a remote location in Ireland. This position reports to the Manager, Channel Account Management and plays a key role in strengthening customer and partner relationships after the sale.

The compensation for this role includes a base salary of €54,600, with on-target earnings of €91,000, plus equity.

What you'll be doing

This role is centered on customer success, partner engagement, renewal support, and expansion efforts across the EMEA region. The Channel Account Manager will work with both customers and reseller partners to improve adoption, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to create practical, creative programs that help customers get more value from Huntress through education, training, and enablement. The role is highly visible and directly contributes to business outcomes through retention, expansion, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by recommending solutions that improve user satisfaction, adoption, and overall service quality.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with several stakeholders inside each assigned account.
  • Support team objectives tied to retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Find new and creative ways to engage customers and strengthen their connection to the platform.

Experience and requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of experience in customer success, partner success, account management, or direct/partner sales, preferably in the mid-market segment or below. Prior exposure to SaaS is important, and cybersecurity experience is especially valuable.

Comfort with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is expected. The role suits someone who enjoys working with both customers and partners, moves quickly, and gets things done efficiently.
