Job Summary

The Change Administrator will oversee the change control process during the construction stage of a major EPCM phosphate project. The role involves coordinating, recording, and monitoring all change requests, making sure they are properly documented, assessed, and shared in line with project controls, contract obligations, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full change control workflow for construction-stage modifications.
  • Collect, record, and monitor Change Requests, Change Notices, and Change Orders.
  • Make sure change requests are reviewed and approved on time in line with the change management process.
  • Keep the Change Register accurate and continuously updated.
  • Work closely with cost and planning teams so changes are reflected in budgets, forecasts, and project schedules.
  • Assist with commercial and contractual review of change orders together with contracts and administration teams.
  • Produce routine reports on changes and their status.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A relevant academic qualification is required.
  • Prior experience in change management or project controls on large EPCM or EPC projects is expected.
  • Experience on mining, mineral processing, or other industrial projects is preferred, and phosphate project exposure is an advantage.
