Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide

Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide professional care to our clients at their residences. The caregiver will follow client-specific care plans with respect and dignity, adhering to agency policies and healthcare standards.

Job Duties

• Offer companionship through social engagement, emotional support, and mentally stimulating activities.
• Assist with essential errands and shopping tasks.
• Provide transportation or escort to medical and other appointments as required.
• Observe and report any changes in client health, behavior, and needs.
• Help with mobility and ambulation within and outside the home, including visits to doctor appointments and walks.
• Support personal care and hygiene routines for clients.
• Execute the care plan as directed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations, and hours of service provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or home management is essential.
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or other related credentials.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID card, or reliable transportation is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States via Social Security card, birth certificate, or work permit.
• Ability to clear a Level II background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Auto insurance coverage.
• Recent TB test results (PPD or Chest X-ray).
• A sincere commitment to providing care and assistance to clients.
• Professional demeanor and friendly attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including potential night shifts.
