Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to support patients with daily living activities and personal care in their own residences. Caregivers will deliver 1-on-1 care aligned with individualized care plans. Bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply. Various schedules are available to match your availability. Opportunities include both part-time and full-time roles.

Positions are available across multiple centralized Florida locations including Kissimmee, Davenport, Poinciana, Bartow, Haines City, Orlando, and Lakeland.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized routine care to elderly, recovering patients, or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s health or condition
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks including bathing and dressing
• Offer companionship and assist with homemaking duties
• Provide specialized support such as medication reminders
• Educate family members on effective care techniques for their loved ones
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients in their home environment

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background check and current CPR certification
• A minimum of 2 years experience in home care or relevant fields
• Capability to manage physical demands of caregiving
• Up-to-date Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
• Possession of a smartphone is required to document care notes
