Fulchester Consultants is working with a fast-growing international business coaching organization that is looking for a seasoned CEO-level leader who enjoys both strategy and mentoring. The position is focused on supporting partner companies and alliances that are scaling quickly, with an emphasis on leadership development, business growth, and operational performance.
This opportunity combines executive coaching with hands-on business leadership. The selected professional will work with business owners, CEOs, and senior leadership teams to sharpen strategy, improve execution, and help organizations reach their next stage of growth.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to chief executives as they work through business challenges and improve how they lead.
- Guide senior leadership teams on coaching, performance improvement, strategic alignment, and stronger collaboration across functions.
- Manage important projects and ensure deadlines and milestones are tracked, with risks and blockers handled proactively.
- Contribute to strategic planning, daily operations, and investor-facing activities that support expansion into international markets.
- Coordinate communication between executive leadership and outside stakeholders so initiatives move forward smoothly.
- Spearhead cross-functional programs and high-level projects that improve operating efficiency and simplify business processes.
