Center Manager - Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Clinic

About the Role

Dr. Haror's Wellness is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee the complete operations, sales performance, team management, and patient satisfaction at their Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Clinics located in Rajouri Garden and Preet Vihar, Delhi-NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily management of the clinic's operations.
• Drive the achievement of monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate counsellors, front desk, and support personnel.
• Supervise lead generation, patient consultations, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Enhance consultation-to-treatment conversion and overall revenue.
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with patients and customers.
• Address patient queries, grievances, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with doctors, counsellors, and clinical staff.
• Monitor center performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Prepare and analyze MIS, sales, and revenue reports.
• Track individual and team performances versus targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance appraisals, and provide leadership guidance.
• Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, processes, and clinic standards.
• Maintain high-quality patient service, clinic discipline, and experience.
• Support recruitment, training initiatives, and staff development.
• Identify and explore business development opportunities, increasing repeat clients and revenue.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• 4 to 7 years of applicable experience in industries such as Dermatology, Aesthetic Clinics, Skin & Hair Clinics, Hair Transplant, Cosmetic Clinics, Healthcare, Wellness, or Beauty & Aesthetics.
• Prior roles as Centre Manager, Clinic Manager, Centre Head, or Clinic Operations Manager are strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in sales and revenue management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective patient relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven with a focus on results.
• Competent in managing lead generation and conversion processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
