About the Role
The Tutoring Center in Dubai is looking for an energetic and results-focused Center Director to manage daily operations, boost student enrollment and retention, and lead a dedicated team to deliver superior academic support. This leadership position requires a professional with proven management skills and a commitment to fostering academic excellence along with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and increase student enrollment by clearly communicating the benefits of the tutoring programs to prospective families.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at retaining students, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and academic progress.
- Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with parents, staff, and stakeholders to align with center objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, actively supporting and enhancing the company culture.
- Assess students' individual learning requirements and propose customized academic plans to parents to meet their goals.
- Monitor student performance and refine tutoring approaches to uphold high academic standards.
- Oversee all operational aspects to ensure the smooth running of the center and achievement of performance targets.
- Understand financial impacts on the center’s profitability, including basic management of profit and loss statements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Pursued a Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related discipline; Master's degree is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in academic settings with expertise in educational methodologies and student outcomes.
- Skilled in devising and managing tailored academic study programs.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to cultivate a professional and enthusiastic workplace environment.
- Goal-oriented with a background in sales, enrollment activities, or client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ensuring precise message delivery.
- Basic financial literacy related to managing center budgets and understanding profit and loss.
- Highly organized, resourceful, energetic, and adept at problem solving.
