Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) is a joint venture between Rolls-Royce Plc and SIA Engineering Company. Since commencing operations in 2001, it has emerged as a leader in engine overhaul and component repair services. The company’s Engine Overhaul division supports all variants in the Trent engine family, including Trent 500, 700, 800, 900, 1000, and XWB, making SAESL the sole maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider capable of servicing the entire Trent series. It processes over 300 Trent engines annually and features a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility enabling industry-leading turnaround times.

Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement daily schedules based on priorities from the Master Scheduler, CR Planner, and ICRON system.
- Collaborate with the Cell Lead to organize daily workload ensuring seamless operational flow.
- Manage priorities related to production lines and equipment constraints for efficient squad operations.
- Track parts’ Estimated Time of Completion (ETC) to guarantee timely delivery.
- Monitor operational material consumption rates and maintain safety stock levels to prevent disruptions.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to align goals and swiftly resolve issues.
- Analyze and report any delays recorded in the ICRON system to maintain accurate operational awareness.
- Ensure tools within the cell are calibrated and compliant to operational standards.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience may also be considered even without formal qualifications.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, and SAP for analyzing data, producing reports, and planning purposes.
- Comprehensive grasp of planning and control mechanisms within an operational context.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Demonstrated team orientation with a proactive, cooperative attitude.
