Role overview
Frontier Force Technology Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced CCTV Technician to handle upkeep and repairs for CCTV and related physical security systems in Singapore. The role supports client safety and surveillance by keeping equipment operating reliably and by delivering hands-on technical assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled maintenance on CCTV equipment so systems continue to function properly.
- Identify faults and resolve problems involving cameras, cabling, and recording units.
- Swap out defective parts and repair or replace damaged wiring where required.
- Keep accurate logs of maintenance work and repair actions.
- Assist clients with system use, basic training, and troubleshooting support.
- Handle service calls quickly and work toward efficient issue resolution.
- Document system setups, installations, and service records in detail.
- Compile performance summaries and suggest improvements for CCTV systems.
