Job description
About Four Seasons
Four Seasons is built around its people. The company brings together individuals who want to keep improving, aim higher, and treat colleagues with the same respect and care they expect in return. Across the world, the team creates memorable experiences for guests, residents, and partners through a culture centered on luxury delivered with sincerity and warmth.
The brand’s goal is to make every interaction feel welcoming, familiar, and respectful. Whether someone is working with, staying with, living with, or visiting Four Seasons, the aim is to leave a lasting positive impression. The company believes life becomes richer when people genuinely connect with one another and with the world around them.
About the Location
The Red Sea is set to become one of the region’s leading luxury beachfront destinations. It spans natural islands and lagoons across 200 km of coastline on the western side of Saudi Arabia, between Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the central hub of the development, which will include a yacht marina, lifestyle and leisure facilities, retail space, an 18-hole golf course, and more.
The destination is being developed with sustainability at its core. Planning has been guided by marine spatial modeling to reduce environmental impact and limit over-tourism while still delivering a premium travel and lifestyle experience. Renewable energy will support the destination, and only a small part of the islands will be developed, with large conservation zones preserved. The resort is planned to feature about 149 rooms and suites with uninterrupted views of white sand beaches and clear waters, plus six restaurant and lounge venues, event and meeting areas, a marine discovery centre, a Kids for All Seasons space, a full-service spa with hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults.
