Position Overview
We are actively seeking a dedicated and watchful CCTV Operator responsible for managing and overseeing our surveillance control center systems, ensuring safety and security standards are upheld without compromise.
Primary Duties
- Monitor several live video feeds concurrently to maintain thorough situational awareness.
- Examine recorded surveillance footage to investigate past incidents or verify adherence to safety procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on surveillance and control center equipment.
- Identify and document any suspicious or irregular activities accurately.
- Escalate critical incidents promptly to senior management for swift action.
- Coordinate with emergency services or law enforcement during urgent situations.
