About the Role

MECCA’s marketing function focuses on bringing beauty brands to life through imaginative, customer-led storytelling. In this Category Marketing Lead position, you will help shape and deliver high-impact omni-channel campaigns that strengthen customers’ connection with leading beauty brands.

What You’ll Do

Working within the Marketing team, you will own the full lifecycle of category and brand marketing activity, making sure every initiative supports MECCA’s wider strategy and brand identity.

  • Plan and deliver omni-channel campaigns for brand partners across MECCA’s portfolio.
  • Create and roll out annual marketing plans for key brands in collaboration with internal teams and brand partners.
  • Work closely with Brands & Buying to align marketing activity with category goals and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for brands, handling briefs, campaign development, and cross-functional execution.
  • Review campaign results after launch and use insights to improve future planning and performance.

What You’ll Bring

You are a commercially aware and collaborative marketer who performs well in a busy, fast-moving environment.

  • At least 4 years of marketing experience in a brand or agency setting, ideally within retail or omni-channel environments.
  • A track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns with strong business results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across different teams.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination abilities, with confidence managing multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
