About the team
MECCA’s Education team creates learning experiences that help store teams deliver standout customer service. The team supports education across stores through practical, engaging content and well-coordinated learning delivery.
MECCA is seeking an organised and proactive Category Education Coordinator to help run education activities across Skin, Body, Wellness and Innovation categories. The role focuses on keeping learning content, communications, resources and coordination on track for both digital and in-person education experiences.
Role overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term position reporting to the Category Education Manager. You will help coordinate and develop category education programs across MECCA, ensuring activities are delivered smoothly and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of education operations for skin, wellness and body categories, including program scheduling and timeline management.
- Assist with building, formatting and updating digital learning materials on MECCAversity.
- Organise education assets such as resources, training collateral, tester kits and related support documents for learning sessions.
- Help deliver workshops, training sessions and other face-to-face education events.
- Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Keep trackers, content libraries and administrative systems organised, while supporting reporting, follow-ups and project delivery.
What you should bring
- At least 12 months of experience in education coordination, learning support, administration or operations support.
- Background in retail, beauty, services, learning and development, or category education will be looked on favourably.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to handle several deadlines and tasks at once.
- Comfort working with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and digital learning tools.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, flexible, problem-solving mindset.
