Clinikally is developing a digitally driven personalized skincare ecosystem that combines dermatology, tailored treatment guidance, and a curated selection of skincare products.

The company is expanding and is hiring a Category Associate who enjoys working across brands, commerce, operations, and growth. The role is well suited to someone who is inquisitive, comfortable with numbers, and excited to contribute in a fast-moving environment.

Role Summary

In this position, you will help manage and grow product categories on the Clinikally platform. You will partner with brands, internal teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve category performance, strengthen the customer journey, and contribute to overall business expansion.

The opportunity provides practical exposure to category ownership, merchandising, brand partnerships, analytics, supply chain coordination, and growth-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily management of the assigned product categories.
  • Track category performance, sales movement, stock levels, and customer demand patterns.
  • Keep product listings, pricing, content, and merchandising accurate and well optimized.
  • Spot gaps in assortment and identify opportunities to broaden the category.
  • Work with brand partners and vendors to help business activities run smoothly.
  • Support onboarding of new brands and the launch of products on the platform.
  • Maintain productive and professional relationships with external partners.
  • Monitor important category metrics and prepare recurring business reports.
  • Study sales, inventory, pricing, and customer behavior data to surface useful insights.
  • Contribute data-backed recommendations to support better decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, product launches, and growth plans.
  • Help improve visibility and conversion across platform channels.
  • Assist in executing brand-led marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to support product availability.
  • Watch stock health closely and help reduce both stock-outs and overstock situations.
  • Contribute to process improvements that make operations more efficient.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in category management, e-commerce, consulting, operations, analytics, or a business-focused role.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • A strong sense of ownership, quick execution, and a willingness to learn.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup setting.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

This role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India and is a full-time onsite position.
