This role is for a meticulous catalogue specialist who can manage product listings across major marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Ajio and similar platforms. The position calls for strong hands-on experience in marketplace catalogue operations, bulk data uploads, fixing listing issues, and using AI-based tools to improve speed, accuracy and overall catalogue quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, update and oversee product listings across multiple online marketplaces.
- Work toward catalogue KPIs such as listing accuracy, daily or weekly listing volume, turnaround time, error-free uploads, timely product launches and complete catalogue information.
- Handle bulk uploads through Excel or CSV templates.
- Identify and fix bulk listing issues to keep the catalogue accurate.
- Maintain complete product data, including titles, descriptions, attributes, images, prices, inventory details and variants.
- Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini to draft, refine and optimise product content.
- Work with merchandising, photography, warehouse and design teams to ensure products go live on schedule.
- Perform periodic catalogue checks and ensure marketplace compliance.
- Monitor catalogue performance and optimise processes for better efficiency and quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in marketplace catalogue management.
- Practical experience working with Amazon, Myntra, Ajio and similar marketplaces.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data validation and bulk data handling.
- Experience in bulk catalogue uploads and troubleshooting listing errors.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in fashion or apparel e-commerce is an advantage.
