Role Overview

This position focuses on processing, analyzing, and managing automotive parts data by utilizing various methods and specialized proprietary software. The goal is to convert raw datasets into standardized, accurate, and useful information that supports product data management and cataloging in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess incoming requests to identify their nature and strategize the completion approach.
  • Employ Excel for data analysis and apply necessary updates based on the requests.
  • Utilize internal software tools to maintain and update the database.
  • Verify outcomes to ensure data integrity.
  • Record progress and results within the ticketing system and provide feedback to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education & Experience: Minimum of high school diploma; post-secondary qualifications in data, statistics or related fields are advantageous. Experience ranges from entry-level up to 2 years.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic Excel functions, fundamental statistics, and clear written communication.

Soft Skills: Flexibility, cognitive adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, critical thinking, data exploration, data cleaning, and strong communication abilities.

Core Knowledge: Understanding of ACES and PIES standards at a user level, familiarity with automotive part terminology and industry-specific acronyms.

Tools: Experience working with Excel, PartCat software, Outlook, and Jira ticketing system.
