Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Early Years Assistant to enhance our team by helping care for and motivate children to explore and prosper every day. This role involves daily support and fostering curiosity in the children while working collaboratively with qualified practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate positive behavior consistent with Grandir UK’s values
- Ensure equal opportunities for staff, children, and parents
- Oversee and assist children at all times during nursery hours
- Help maintain an appealing and welcoming nursery environment
- Assist in setting up and guiding activities under Level 3 practitioners’ direction
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ensure timely implementation of any updates
- Adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage standards for nursery provision
- Report any concerns or procedural issues to line management
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with children, parents, and staff
- Participate in staff meetings, planning sessions, and required training programs
