The team works behind the scenes to shape exciting matchday moments, lively fan areas, and major events that bring the community together. From pre-match entertainment to special celebrations, every detail is designed to keep supporters engaged and energized.
The group focuses on creating interactive fan experiences, managing entertainment and event activations, and providing hospitality that feels welcoming and memorable for every supporter.

The Opportunity
Sunderland AFC is seeking outgoing, well-informed, and engaging people to work as Stadium Tour Guides at the Stadium of Light.
In this role, you will represent the club to thousands of visitors each year, sharing Sunderland AFC’s history, traditions, and matchday atmosphere through immersive behind-the-scenes tours. Guests may explore areas such as the players’ tunnel, changing rooms, dugouts, and executive suites.
You will help ensure every visitor enjoys a safe, friendly, and memorable experience while presenting the club in a professional and positive manner. The role may also include supporting VIP visits, special events, and sharing current club stories and achievements, making each day varied and engaging.

Additional Information
An Enhanced DBS check arranged through Sunderland AFC is required for this position.
