Primary Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage items efficiently across bar, restaurant, and function spaces
• Clearly explain menu items and available products to guests
• Process payment transactions including cash, card, and room charges adhering to company protocols
• Provide friendly, welcoming service and promptly address guest inquiries or needs

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service roles
• Strong customer service abilities
• Able to perform under pressure as a collaborative team member while maintaining professionalism
• Experience handling payment transactions
• Familiarity with Micros point-of-sale system considered beneficial
• Availability to work flexible shifts, particularly over the festive period including weekends and party events
