Job Overview

The Cashier will oversee guest payment transactions, manage daily cash activities, and contribute to administrative and financial processes within the restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring payment accuracy, maintaining precise financial documentation, and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic premium dining setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process guest payments via cash, card, or other accepted methods.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system ensuring all transactions and billing are correctly handled and finalized.
• Handle daily cash float management, perform cash reconciliations, and oversee petty cash dealings.
• Reconcile tips from both cash and credit cards, keeping detailed financial records.
• Manage supplier invoices, receipts, and all relevant financial documents.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to finance and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar hospitality role.
• Proficient with cash handling and POS system operations.
• Strong numerical aptitude, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a solid sense of integrity and capable of multitasking in a fast-fluid environment.
