Candidate Profile

• At least one year of leadership experience in a team environment.
• A friendly, passionate attitude toward customer service and food quality.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working collaboratively in teams as well as independently.
• Ability to remain calm in busy, pressure-filled situations.
• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in warm environments.
