About the Role

We are looking to hire a motivated and experienced Case Manager to join our team focused on Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims. This permanent full-time position is based in Parramatta, Newcastle, or Lismore, NSW with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least two days per week onsite. You will be part of a supportive and purpose-driven environment dedicated to helping individuals recover and rebuild their lives after motor vehicle accidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver empathetic and high-quality customer service that positively impacts claimants’ recovery.
  • Handle complex claim scenarios and develop your expertise through challenging situations.
  • Establish and maintain supportive relationships with clients, guiding them step-by-step through their recovery journey.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-moving, team-oriented, and dynamic work setting.
  • Manage moderate-risk CTP claims while receiving mentorship from seasoned leaders.

  • Technologically adept with quick adaptability to new systems.
