Role Overview

This position is for a Field Assessment Officer / Mystery Shopper responsible for delivering customer experience and compliance assessment work. The role involves carrying out field visits, mystery shopping tasks, digital channel reviews, and customer interaction evaluations. The selected professional will gather proof, record observations, and produce precise reports aligned with project goals.

The job calls for sharp observation, strong attention to detail, a professional approach, and the discipline to follow predefined scenarios and reporting instructions while maintaining strict confidentiality and objectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out assigned assessment tasks according to project methods and timelines.
  • Perform branch visits, field evaluations, customer service checks, and mystery shopping exercises.
  • Assess service delivery across in-person visits, phone calls, websites, mobile apps, and other digital channels.
  • Apply the approved scenarios and scoring criteria during each assignment.
  • Gather, organize, and retain evidence, supporting documents, and assessment records.
  • Record observations, findings, and customer experience results accurately.
  • Draft and submit assessment reports within the required quality and submission standards.
  • Follow project rules, confidentiality commitments, and operational procedures.
  • Work with project teams on assignment progress, issues, and reporting needs.
  • Assist quality assurance checks by submitting complete and reliable documentation.

Requirements

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Insurance, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in field assessments, mystery shopping, customer service reviews, inspections, compliance checks, or similar operational work.
  • Capability to assess objectively and precisely while following established processes.
  • Strong skills in observation, documentation, and report writing.
  • Well-developed organizational ability and a careful eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle several assignments and work to deadlines.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and digital reporting platforms.

Preferred Profile

Experience in customer experience projects, mystery shopping, insurance, compliance, inspection, or quality assurance work is a plus. Familiarity with customer service benchmarks and assessment approaches is also preferred. Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage, and prior exposure to the Saudi market would be beneficial.
