CASA Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customer acquisitions by promoting the bank's Current Account and Savings Account offerings.
• Engage in marketing and promotional activities within assigned local areas to stimulate lead generation.
• Conduct regular local travel to connect with potential and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business opportunities.
• Upsell additional banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards to clientele.
• Motivate existing customers to increase their account deposits.
• Strictly comply with the bank’s regulatory and compliance standards.
• Complete all compulsory bank-mandated trainings and certifications to enhance professional skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a base CTC of ₹18,000 per month, with performance-related incentives up to ₹20,000 monthly, enhancing total earning potential.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation from any recognized university.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is mandatory for local travel.
• Open to candidates with no prior experience as well as those with previous exposure.

The role provides a clear advancement path from Sales Officer to Sales Officer I through a fast-track program, subsequently leading to Assistant Manager - Sales and Sales Manager positions based on performance.
