CASA Sales Officer

About the Role

Axis Bank is hiring for the position of CASA Sales Officer based in Panipat, Haryana. This on-roll role involves promoting the bank's Current Account and Savings Account products to new and existing customers. The position requires local travel to engage potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers by selling Current and Savings Account products.
• Engaging in marketing activities and conducting local travel to meet prospects regularly.
• Interacting with existing clients to increase deposits and promote additional banking products.
• Meeting daily and monthly sales targets as defined by the bank.
• Completing mandatory certifications post-joining, including AMFI and EUIN.
• Participating in ongoing bank training and learning initiatives.
• Logging daily customer interactions into the bank's CRM system.
• Adhering strictly to all regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to the role.
• Supporting other bank initiatives as directed.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate degree qualification is required.
• Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a motorcycle or bike for travel purposes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly gross salary package of approximately INR 19,800 CTC.
• Take-home pay of around INR 16,500 with incentives that may increase total earnings up to INR 40,000 to 50,000 per month.

Career Progression

Growth path includes advancing from Sales Officer to Sales Officer 1 (Fast Track), then Assistant Manager Sales, and subsequently into Sales Manager roles.
