About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Carpenter Supervisor to strengthen our team based in Qatar. This role requires experienced individuals who can effectively manage carpentry operations on-site and in workshops, ensuring excellent standards and adherence to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide carpentry and joinery tasks across projects in Qatar.
- Manage teams of carpenters and site or workshop workers efficiently.
- Interpret and utilize technical drawings to supervise production processes.
- Ensure craftsmanship quality meets project and company standards consistently.
Requirements
- Currently residing in Qatar.
- Prior hands-on experience with carpentry/joinery projects within Qatar.
- Proven skills in leading carpenters and other workshop or site personnel.
- Strong capability to understand and act upon construction drawings.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory for this role.
