Job Overview

A busy construction company in Dublin is seeking a skilled carpenter to become part of an established team mainly working on residential and apartment projects citywide. The role involves both new construction and renovation tasks, primarily on the city's Southside with some projects on the Northside. This position offers steady, long-term employment with a reputable employer.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix carpentry duties
• Work on residential builds and apartment developments
• Install doors, skirting boards, architraves, stairs, stud walls, and flooring
• Fit bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions
• Handle fire doors and fire-rated carpentry tasks
• Complete all jobs to a high standard by accurately following drawings

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of five years experience as a carpenter
• Competent in both first and second fix carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Experience in installing custom kitchens and bathrooms is a plus
• Own transport and personal tools are essential
• Hold a valid Safe Pass and any other necessary certifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between €58,000 and €64,000, equating to an approximate weekly take-home pay of €850 to €900
