About the Role
Catalyst GEM is searching for a highly experienced, relationship-oriented professional to take on the role of Caribbean Corporate Partnerships Lead. This key position focuses on business growth, partnership development, and revenue generation across the Caribbean region. The role requires establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders such as employers, chambers of commerce, professional bodies, government entities, workforce development organizations, and educational institutions.
Key Duties
- Identify and cultivate new corporate, governmental, and institutional partnerships throughout the Caribbean.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified business development prospects.
- Forge employer partnerships that support sustainable enrollment opportunities for Catalyst GEM's university partners.
- Assist in regional market growth and client expansion initiatives.
- Contribute to meeting partnership and revenue targets.
- Build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including professional associations and workforce development groups.
- Spot opportunities for employer-sponsored education, workforce development, executive education, and professional learning ventures.
- Collaborate with colleges and universities to back transfer agreements, articulation plans, and recruitment strategies.
- Represent Catalyst GEM at regional forums, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Act as the primary regional liaison across the Caribbean, maintaining strong connections with senior leaders, HR professionals, government officials, and key decision-makers.
- Support the CEO in expanding strategic client relations and identifying new revenue streams.
- Coordinate lead handoff to Enrollment Advisors to facilitate student engagement and enrollment.
- Monitor market trends, workforce needs, competition, and opportunities within the region.
- Offer market insights and strategic advice to aid university partner growth plans.
- Identify new sectors, industries, and geographic areas for business expansion.
- Support Catalyst GEM’s regional growth strategy development and implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in business development, partnership management, workforce development, higher education, corporate engagement, or related fields.
- Proven ability to establish and manage meaningful strategic partnerships.
- Extensive professional network within the Caribbean region.
- Experience collaborating with employers, government bodies, educational institutions, and professional associations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Capacity to work independently while juggling multiple partnership projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel substantially throughout Caribbean locations.
