About the Role

Join Tauheedul Islam Boys' High School as a Site Supervisor providing efficient caretaking services. You will oversee cleaning staff, inspect cleanliness and grounds maintenance, manage contractor sign-ins, and serve as a keyholder responsible for opening and securing site access daily during school operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective caretaking and site supervision services.
• Oversee and supervise cleaning personnel.
• Conduct inspections and maintain records of cleaning and grounds standards.
• Ensure proper contractor registration at the school office and handle their enquiries.
• Operate as a keyholder, unlocking and securing all school access points at the start and end of school days.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience performing specialized building maintenance tasks within typical handyperson capabilities.
• Competent in maintaining accurate work records.
• Able to execute a variety of caretaking and cleaning duties independently.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and managing workload to ensure all duties, including lower priority ones, are completed timely.
