About the Role

Our company, Twellho Hospitality, is seeking a responsible and dedicated caretaker couple to oversee one of our premium vacation rental properties located in North Goa. This full-time, on-site position involves managing property upkeep and guest services within Goa's thriving vacation rental sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping routines to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Prepare guest rooms ahead of arrivals, ensuring they are welcoming and well-presented.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Keep the property orderly, clean, and always ready to accommodate guests.
• Address and assist guests with routine requests during their stay.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify and report any maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee smooth and seamless daily operations.
• Uphold high hospitality and hygiene benchmarks across the property.

Candidate Requirements

• Couple willing to reside and work on-site is preferred.
• At least 1 to 2 years of practical experience in areas such as housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, homestay management, or property management.
• Basic proficiency in English communications; fluency in Hindi is essential, with Konkani or Marathi languages considered beneficial.
• Personality traits including friendliness, responsibility, honesty, and a guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full accountability for property management.
• Flexibility to manage daily operational duties effectively.
• Immediate availability to start is preferred.

• Basic electrical repairs and maintenance knowledge.

• General handyman skills for general maintenance tasks.
