Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care and assist with daily living tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, and medication reminders.
  • Assist clients with household activities such as meal preparation and accompany them to appointments or errands as required.
  • Observe, document, and report client conditions, vital signs, and any incidents while maintaining confidentiality; use the EVV system for accurate recording.
  • Ensure a secure and safe environment, manage medical equipment correctly, and respond promptly to client needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and either reliable private transportation or access to public transit.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate varied scheduling needs.
  • Capability to work effectively in diverse home environments regardless of client demographics including age, race, creed, sex, disability or financial status.
  • Preferred: Minimum of six months home care experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on market, education, experience, and certification qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility. Hourly pay complies with applicable minimum wage laws.
