Role Summary
This on-site Caregiver position is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on providing personalized support to patients. The role includes helping individuals with everyday activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation, while ensuring their basic needs are met. You will observe changes in health or behavior, communicate important updates, and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. The position requires close coordination with healthcare staff and consistent adherence to each patient’s care plan.
Core Duties
- Deliver hands-on personal care support tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Assist with hygiene, movement, daily living tasks, and meal preparation.
- Track patient condition and note any changes in health or behavior.
- Report relevant observations to healthcare professionals promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control practices.
- Work collaboratively with other caregivers and medical staff.
- Follow prescribed care plans carefully and consistently.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in personal care, including hygiene support, mobility assistance, and day-to-day living help.
- Warm, compassionate communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
- Working knowledge of basic health monitoring and the ability to spot and escalate changes in a patient’s condition.
- Capability to keep the caregiving space safe and orderly while following infection prevention guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, good organization, and a careful approach to following care instructions.
- Previous exposure to caregiving or healthcare support work is preferred.
- A certified caregiving or healthcare support program is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of both English and Arabic is beneficial.
