About the Role

Home Instead is recruiting compassionate caregivers in the Hedgesville area for both full-time and part-time work, with all shifts currently open. The role focuses on helping older adults stay safely and comfortably in their own homes while preserving their dignity and independence.

The company is seeking dependable care professionals and CNAs who can contribute to its mission of supporting aging adults across the community. Prior experience supporting individuals with Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, or dementia is considered an advantage.

What the Job Involves

• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients, their family members, and teammates.
• Deliver individualized non-medical assistance inside clients’ homes.
• Support clients with personal care tasks as needed.
• Help maintain a tidy, organized home environment.
• Provide reminders for medications that clients take on their own.

Who We’re Looking For

Additional Requirements

• Must successfully complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and active vehicle registration.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
