Role Summary
This full-time caregiving role is for the NOC shift, running from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The expected pay range for the position is $19 to $24 per hour.
What You Will Do
- Answer resident needs quickly and with a compassionate approach.
- Support residents with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving around.
- Help with resident transfers, including getting individuals in and out of beds and wheelchairs.
- Provide a warm, listening presence and engage respectfully with residents’ stories and experiences.
- Coordinate with the care team to maintain a safe, supportive, and high-quality living environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not mandatory.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates with a genuine desire to care for and serve others will be trained if selected.
