About the Role

ShriPath Consulting is seeking an engaging Career Success & Placement Associate to assist healthcare professionals in enhancing their employment prospects. This role entails offering career advice, formulating job search strategies, conducting market analyses, supporting candidates, and liaising with employers. The associate will collaborate closely with clients to evaluate their backgrounds, identify obstacles, craft tailored job search plans, and guide them toward non-clinical healthcare roles.

Primary Duties

  • Conduct in-depth career discussions to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Analyze clients' educational and professional backgrounds, strengths, career objectives, and challenges.
  • Identify factors hindering successful placement and maintain detailed case documentation and progress reports.
  • Create customized job search strategies including recommendations for industries, companies, and roles.
  • Assist clients with application prioritization and organization, along with guidance on networking and recruiter engagement.
  • Carry out market research on healthcare and related non-clinical sectors to pinpoint hiring trends and opportunities.
  • Develop targeted employer lists and monitor emerging job roles and demands.
  • Track client progress through regular follow-ups, helping overcome hurdles and refining strategies.
  • Collaborate with HealthHire and employer partners to align suitable candidates to job openings, support screening processes, and monitor hiring metrics.
  • Contribute to the creation of job search resources, interview guides, career toolkits, and educational content to enhance employability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA (HR or Marketing), or healthcare-related disciplines with recruitment experience.
  • Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, career services, placement cells, employability programs, staffing, or consulting.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
