About the Role
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Career Services Manager (Recruiter) to help grow the business by building meaningful, long-term relationships with candidates. What You Will Do
- Engage both active and passive candidates to develop a strong hiring pipeline.
- Review and evaluate candidate qualifications and share key insights with internal team members.
- Create a positive candidate journey by understanding individual needs, preferences, and goals.
- Keep communication timely, clear, and consistent throughout the recruiting process.
- Discuss compensation details and support negotiations when needed.
- Coordinate pipeline activity and manage all candidate communication during recruitment.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and current employees to encourage referrals and strengthen talent networks.
- Take ownership of responsibilities while working in a highly collaborative setting.
- Work toward and surpass targets related to activity, placements, and margin.
