About the Role

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Career Services Manager (Recruiter) to help grow the business by building meaningful, long-term relationships with candidates. What You Will Do

  • Engage both active and passive candidates to develop a strong hiring pipeline.
  • Review and evaluate candidate qualifications and share key insights with internal team members.
  • Create a positive candidate journey by understanding individual needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Keep communication timely, clear, and consistent throughout the recruiting process.
  • Discuss compensation details and support negotiations when needed.
  • Coordinate pipeline activity and manage all candidate communication during recruitment.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and current employees to encourage referrals and strengthen talent networks.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities while working in a highly collaborative setting.
  • Work toward and surpass targets related to activity, placements, and margin.

  • Prior experience in sales or recruiting.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
