Overview

A growing security-services company is looking for reliable and motivated career changers to work as ticket inspectors in the Luckenwalde area. The role focuses on maintaining order, supporting passengers, and contributing to a safe travel experience.

This is a permanent position with 40 working hours per week. The role starts as soon as possible and offers hourly pay between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR.

What you will do

  • Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help ensure operations run smoothly on board.
  • Politely explain ticket rules and answer questions about fares and ticket conditions.
  • Record passenger counts and ticket checks accurately to support service quality.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to support safety and order on the train.
  • Work closely with train staff to contribute to a calm and pleasant journey for passengers.

Your profile

  • Strong communication skills for clear interaction with passengers and colleagues.
  • Good interpersonal awareness and empathy to deal with passenger needs and concerns.
  • Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence and assertiveness to handle challenging situations and enforce rules appropriately.

Training and entry

No §34a certificate is required to apply. Candidates without this qualification are welcome and will be supported with training under §34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) and guided into the security-services field.

Applicants from a wide range of backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including people with experience as warehouse workers, drivers, waiters, or in other professions. The employer is open to both experienced candidates and career changers.
