Retraining Details
- Over approximately one year, you will gradually learn all necessary skills for the profession.
- The training combines theory and practical exercises, allowing you to immediately apply what you learn.
- Experienced colleagues will support you throughout, making the transition easy even for those new to the field.
- Theoretical classes are held near your residence whenever possible, while practical assignments generally take place in your future deployment area.
- From the start, you receive a secure salary.
Post-Retraining Responsibilities
- Ensure safety together with your team at railway construction sites.
- Warn personnel in track areas from approaching trains using various signals and modern warning systems.
- Implement safety regulations and provide orientation to newly assigned safety personnel.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and supervise safety measures at construction sites independently.
Candidate Profile
- You are at least 18 years old with a main school diploma.
- No prior experience is required, but you are confident in ensuring safety and reliable in your work.
- You enjoy working outdoors in fresh air, regardless of weather conditions.
- You have strong German communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility for night or weekend shifts and varying locations is expected.
- A Class B driver's license and personal vehicle are desirable but not mandatory.
Applications from already trained construction site safety specialists, safety attendants, and supervisors are also welcome.
